Condensation type pressure-sensitive adhesive/high temperature resistance
Appearance: colorless or slightly yellow;
First， CPC101 series are used in PET film coating, requiring no residual adhensive at 220 °C;
1. CPC101-000 (peeling force ≤3.5 N/inch) and 101-001 (peeling force 3.5?5.5 N/inch) require solid content of 45% ± 1% and viscosity (CP) of 40,000-100,000， are packaged in 200 L open blue iron drums with PVF inner coating and net weight of 180 kg/drum；
2. CPC101-002 (peeling force 5.5-7.5 N/inch), CPC101-003 (peeling force 7.5-9.5 N/inch) , and CPC101-004 (peeling force 9.5 N/inch or above) require solid content of 60% ± 2% and CP of 40,000-80,000，and are packaged in 200 L open blue iron drum with PVF inner coating and net weight of 200kg/drum.
Second，the CPC200 series are used for PI film coating,requiring no residual adhensive at 250 °C.
CPC200A (PI peel force over 5.0 N/inch) requires solid content of 60% ± 2% and CP of 40,000-80,000，and are packaged in 200 L open blue iron drum with PVF inner coating and net weight of 200 kg/drum. This product has the advantages of stable adhesion, no decrease in peeling softness, dryness, high transparency and good temperature resistance.
Storage conditions: store at room temperature in a sealed manner, eliminate open flames and high temperatures, have a shelf life of three months.If the storage time exceeds the indicated shelf life on the label, it does not mean that the product can not continue to be used. However, in this case, retesting is required.
