Silicone rubber 107/110 with molar mass ranging from 500,000 g/mol to 1,000,000 g/mol is made from high quality raw material, D4/DMC, and is an ideal raw material for all kinds of cosmetics and other down-stream silicone products.
Properties: It has narrow molar mass distribution and contains very few low-boiling point substances.

Application
This raw rubber can be used directly as a commodity or used as an intermediate for producing various kinds of condensed silicone rubber products. It can be mainly applied in the following aspects:
1. Used as the main raw material for RTV silicone rubber, defoaming agents, pressure sensitive adhesives and organic silicone products.
2. As organic silicon has excellent electrical insulation, the silicone rubber CPC107 can be used as filling and sealing material to protect radio instruments, electronic devices, semi-conductors as well as electronic parts, components and subassemblies from electricity, moisture, vibration and heat;
3. Used as raw material for rubber rollers in the automobile and machinery industries;
4. Used as a smoothing agent for wool and cashmere in the textile industry;
5.Used as caulking and sealing material in the building industry;
6. For two-component silicone rubber, the silicone Rubber CPC107 enables easy releasing, and is particularly suitable for manufacturing precise molds and impression materials.
